This is mandatory for every booking as it is critical to identify potential problems before proceeding with the booking. If there are problems in your dog’s mouth that require the attention of a veterinarian it is our policy not to go on with the grooming and to refer you directly back to your vet. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment as we see appropriate due to unforeseen medical or behavioral issues. In the case of acceptance the price of the examination fee will be deducted from the final dental cost. In the case of rejection you will not be charged for services not rendered however the $50 examination fee is not refunded.
